Apriano Meola

Apriano Meola
Apriano has been involved in the construction & development industry for over 25 years; first by joining Pinnacle International in 1996, one of Canada’s leading builders of luxury condominium residences, hotels, and commercial developments.
In 2003, Apriano relocated to San Diego, CA where he became the project leader to build San Diego’s landmark residences, The Pinnacle Museum Tower is now seen as one of the premier properties in downtown San Diego.
After completing the Pinnacle Museum Tower, Apriano spent time on projects in both Vancouver, BC and San Diego, CA including successfully delivered the Pinnacle hotel at the Pier and residences along with all the amenities of the Shipyards in North Vancouver.
In 2012, he took the next step in his career by accepting the VP of Construction position for the Onni Group, a leader in the construction and development markets in Vancouver, Toronto, Chicago, Phoenix and Los Angeles. As the Vice President of Construction, Apriano has a broad knowledge and experience about the industry. He has been involved in all aspects of the development, design, construction and management of many projects in the Chicago and Los Angeles markets.
As Head of Development and Construction at Orchard Park Properties, Apriano will be leading the development in completing Water Street by the Park.
Anthony Beyrouti
Co-Founder, Head of Marketing, Sales & Acquisition
Anthony Beyrouti
Anthony has been an avid real estate devotee his entire life. Growing up in North Vancouver, witnessing the ascent of several high-rise developments and the transformation of the entire community it inspired him to get involved at a young age. He started buying and selling real estate over 15 years ago and is leading the acquisition, sales, and marketing teams for Orchard Park Properties.
Anthony was named young entrepreneur of the year for the city of North Vancouver. He has led one of his companies, Venue Kings, to be one of Canada’s fastest growing companies 5 years in a row.
Anthony created a non-profit basketball club dedicated to the development of elite athletes in Greater Vancouver. The purpose of this company is to provide all athletes, regardless of their age or socioeconomic status, the opportunity to play basketball at an elite level.
Anthony has overseen the purchase of assets for Water Street by the Park and is excited to make it a world class development.

Alex Gordon
Project Manager, Marketing Coordinator
Alex Gordon
As the Project Manager for Orchard Park Properties, Alex manages the budgets and logistics of the company’s projects. She is responsible for managing the pre-construction development activities and project financing tasks for Orchard Park Properties. Alex provides high quality development management by meeting financial and project objectives. She is also responsible for developing and fostering effective relationships with all stakeholders internally and externally.
Alex graduated from UBC with a degree in Geography specializing in environment and sustainability. While at UBC, Alex was a member of the Varsity Women’s Basketball team for 5 years. During her tenure, the team won a National Championship, and two Canada West titles. Alex received many accolades for her performance, both on and off the court, at UBC. Giving back is very important to Alex and she has volunteered coaching high school girls’ basketball in her community for 10 years. She has worked closely with Co-Founder, Anthony Beyrouti, on many different ventures since 2012.
Joan Stobbs

Joan Stobbs
Over the past 35 years Joan has worked for prestigious companies such as Cadillac Fairview, Please Mum and eBay, supporting high profile entrepreneurs and executives in Vancouver. She supported the President and General Manager, hockey operations and coaching executives at The Vancouver Canucks and the Managing Partner of the Aquilini Group.
Most recently, in collaboration with high-profile gastroenterologists and business professionals in Vancouver, Joan was instrumental in the creation of a CRA registered charity that provides much needed care to patients in British Columbia with inflammatory bowel disease. Joan was responsible to maintain activities of the charity, support the Board of Directors and was the key contact for external stakeholders such as St. Paul’s Hospital Foundation, various government agencies and donors. She led the build-out of the organization’s office/clinic space where the physicians and allied health providers now see patients in a collaborative setting.
Joan has extensive experience managing the business and personal lives for these executives in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. She has been a member of and has led numerous committees that organized conferences, meetings, on-ice ceremonies such as jersey retirements and milestone achievements. She has experience working with board of directors, consultants, service providers, government, foundations and charitable organizations. Community is important to Joan, and she has volunteered with Dress for Success, serving for a year as Impact Chair for their annual fundraiser, with BC Children’s Hospital and the SPCA.
Laura Pickard
Web & Graphic Designer, Web Developer, Marketing Producer
Laura Pickard
As the web and graphic designer of Orchard Park Properties, Laura manages the design of marketing materials for the company’s projects as well as all web development and design. She graduated from BCIT with distinction, obtaining both a certificate in Web Technologies and an associate certificate in Graphic design. Laura has been working in the field for over five years and brings her experience to Orchard Park Properties to give clients an accurate depiction of their purchases and all the information they need on their new home.
Andjefa Whitehouse

Andjefa Whitehouse
Andjefa has over 26 years of Residential and Commercial Project Management and Construction experience.
As Project Manager for Northlands Group, Andjefa led the construction and development of several of the largest commercial projects in the BC interior; Sutton Place at Revelstoke Mountain Resort, Sandman Signature Hotels, Moxies, Shark Club and most recently the 90,000 sq. ft. Emil Anderson Head office in Kelowna BC, for Emil Anderson Group.
In addition, Andjefa managed several large-scale residential projects in the Kelowna area including Tommie Award winning Sunrise Point, Tower Ranch and Denali Drive.
As a long-time Kelowna resident, Andjefa has always been actively involved in the community. He coached several different football, soccer and basketball teams in Kelowna for both adults and youth. Andjefa has actively worked with many charitable community organizations over the years, to provide valuable resources for those in need.
Stephanie Mattson
Assistant Project Manager
Stephanie Mattson
As the Assistant Project Manager, Stephanie works on-site for the Project Manager. She assists in take-offs and scope review to maintain the qualified vendors and subcontractors. Stephanie is responsible for the coordination of submittals from the subcontractors and suppliers to the architect and engineering consultants. She works with the Project Management Team to forecast construction schedule, and maintain safety on site.
Stephanie graduated from UBC with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering. She has previous experience working with project management teams through internships in oil and gas and commercial building. At Wolf Midstream, she assisted project engineers to obtain approval for the Alberta Carbon Trunk Line, the world’s largest carbon capture, utilization and storage system. Most recently, Stephanie worked for Gerry Enns Contracting in Kelowna as a Project Coordinator on the 90,000 square feet Emil Anderson head office.
Dane Adams

Dane Adams
Dane has over 10 years of construction industry exposure, starting at 10 years old while assisting his father in their family business. Through this time, he has gained hands on site experience, from stripping forms and tying rebar, to building ICF swimming pools and operating heavy machinery in the residential sector.
Dane graduated in December 2022 with a BBA from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, and a Certificate of Applied Project Management from the Okanagan College School of Business. Dane has also obtained a CAPM and has experience overseeing a site crew that specialized in home restoration within the Okanagan, where he was able to apply his Project Management knowledge and experience and achieve all financial milestones.
Dane also has experience in fundraising and marketing through his work as a Logistics Coordinator for his university’s charitable fundraiser during the pandemic for the Cochrane Alberta Humane Society, as well as acting as a Business Advisor for the Retail & Entertainment District of Calgary to promote brands, develop products, and increase consumer traffic by implementing marketing practices and hosting public events.

Robert Ciccozzi
Robert is an award-winning, registered architect with three decades of professional experience. A respected designer with an eye for detail and context, Robert prides himself on quality work and client satisfaction.
After graduating in 1987 from Carleton University with a Bachelors of Architecture (with Distinction) degree, Robert became an intern architect with Paul Merrick Architects Ltd. There he quickly established himself as a project architect on various key projects such as City Square at 12th & Cambie, The Medical Student and Alumni Centre at 12th & Heather, the Seow Residence in West Vancouver and the Royal Roads Military College Dining Hall in Victoria.
In 1992, Robert established the firm Robert Ciccozzi Architect Ltd. from which he designed and realized the Goodbrand Residence and The Metro’s One and Two. In 1993, Robert Ciccozzi was a founding partner in establishing the firm Ekistics Architecture Inc. As the only registered architect in the firm, he designed and realized various projects including the Manteo Beach Club, The Clarkson, Bloomfield Gardens, as well as housing and clubhouses in Japan. During this period, Robert was contracted as an architectural consultant for The Resort Municipality of Whistler, responsible for providing reviews and recommendations to the Advisory Design Panel for the majority of buildings in Village North and various projects throughout the resort.
Since 1999, Robert Ciccozzi has been responsible for the growth and vision of Ciccozzi Architecture. Away from the office Robert enjoys spending time with family doing outdoor activities such as skiing, waterskiing, boating and hiking.
Carrie Censorio
Principal of Design, i3 Design
Carrie Censorio
As principal of i3 design, Carrie manages various interior projects for private and multi-residential homes. She is responsible for all financial aspects including budgets, proposals, invoices and purchasing. Carrie’s commitment to building key relationships with both client and supplier is essential for herself and the i3 team. Before entering the multi-faceted world of interior design, Carrie was a paralegal for 12 years which instilled strong organizational and collaboration skills to thrive in a fast paced, high-stress environment and is a short lead time solution seeker.
Kate Lee
Studio Lead Designer, i3 Design
Kate Lee
As the studio lead designer at i3 design group, Kate leads the team of interior designers, renderers, and CAD technicians. Kate spent 7 years living and working in Japan where she obtained a diploma in fashion design. Upon returning to Canada, she transitioned into interior design and graduated with Honours from BCIT. She passed the NCIDQ exam and is a Registered Interior Designer with IDIBC. With over 20 years of extensive experience in all aspects of residential design work – both private residential and multi-family design – Kate brings with her a deep understanding of how spaces should function. Kate’s diverse experience, industry expertise, and design vision have guided the i3 team and their clients to repeated success.
